Hello Everyone,

It’s been a minute. I’m writing this thinking about all the milestones we have achieved over the years. By ‘we’ I mean all my friends and people who I’ve known for years on end. There is so much to be thankful for! Congratulations to all my people who graduated this year! Whoop whoop hurraaay now take the world with a good head over your shoulders! #proud

Meanwhile, I’ve resolved, to go out into the world. Take trains and planes to places I haven’t been before! Speaking of trains, aren’t we all so excited about taking the famous SGR?! I got so giddy on my way to Nyali, Mombasa, this past weekend. First time on a train and it wasn’t so bad.

Well, despite being on a work trip, courtesy of Kipato Unbranded, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hitting it off with Tapas Cielo– we made memories we might not remember but hey! Alcohol, cos no great story ever started with a salad…

We spent the next day touring Nyali, which I must admit is a very nice place to be. We stayed off Mount Kenya Road and that was basically our neighborhood. #bougie

I managed to put together a simple outfit post to share with you guys on here. Moving around, I wanted to be comfortable and still look like a thousand bucks. It’s a weakness people! #stargal

I went with this pink jumpsuit. It’s light, and bright. Wendy kept saying how pink made me a better person because apparently I was nicer! I cannot roll my eyes back any further. I am truly the nicest person ever! Anyway, she could have been right, hot pink got me on a feel good high. I paired my look with comfortable brown sandals and accented it with minimalistic jewelry!

Moving from location to location, I carried a black, leather bag pack that could fit a ton of water and all the stuff I needed to carry around. It has accents of gold and I think it complimented my look just fine.

These pictures were taken at the House of Yoga, Mombasa. If you find yourself around that area, take a Yoga class and get some Kipato bling!

Other outlets at the coast are:

English Point Marina
House of Yoga, Mombasa
Frangipani spa at Indiana Beach Hotel
The Plaza Beach Hotel

I also found the cutest restaurant in Nyali and the food my laaaaaaaawd! I will share my experience on a follow up post so stay tuned!

Thank you for stopping by. Remember to share and subscribe!
Xx
